Installation and removal of lighting, flooring, wallpaper, and similar design elements are to be completed by licensed and insured professionals. Nelson Home & Co. does not currently offer home renovation services that involve wall removal or structural floor plan reconfiguration.

Our services include the creative design and hands-on styling of Christmas trees, fireplace mantles, garlands, front door wreaths, table centerpieces, stair railings, shelving displays, and other festive focal points throughout your home. We collaborate with each client to build a cohesive look using your existing décor or with newly sourced items that align with your desired aesthetic.

Every detail is thoughtfully handled—from unpacking and placing ornaments to professional staging and final touches that elevate the overall atmosphere. After the season, we carefully take down and organize all decorations into secure, labeled bins to ensure safe storage and easy setup for the following year. Optional offsite storage is also available for your convenience.

At Nelson Home & Co., we specialize in professional home staging that elevates your property’s appeal and maximizes its market potential. Whether you’re a homeowner preparing to list your house or a real estate agent seeking polished presentation, our staging services are designed to showcase your space in the most desirable light. We blend thoughtful design with buyer psychology to ensure each room feels spacious, welcoming, and aspirational.

We offer two distinct staging service models:

1. Vacant or Partial Spaces – We fully furnish and style the home using our curated inventory of furniture, art, and accessories.

2. Occupied Homes – We work with the homeowner’s existing furniture and décor, enhancing the space with minor edits and styling for optimal presentation.

Each package includes consultation, layout planning, delivery, installation, and professional styling. All staging contracts are a 30-day term with extensions available.

Disclosure: Pricing includes design, delivery, and staging. It does not include deep cleaning, painting, repairs, or major renovations. Homeowners must ensure the home is clean, clutter-free, and photo-ready prior to installation. For occupied staging, minor décor may be suggested or added. Furniture and accessory rental fees for vacant homes are included in the pricing. Pricing may vary depending on square footage, layout, accessibility, and timeline.
